My Journey Within

Archangel Michael

My search for the meaning of life has always been inseparable with my relationship with God. While Janet’s journey focused on Catholicism my journey was similar but different. For many years I attended a non denominational bible study. We studied the teachings of differing religions from a historic perspective. Making sense of what was actually written. Janet and I often discussed our beliefs, differences and we questioned everything. In fact, our mother who was a polish catholic prisoner in the nazi war camps, urged in us to do just that. Question everything. I found that, although we respected the church systems, the true teachings were about a personal relationship with God or your higher being. My faith in God is what has embrace my gift. I believe my ability to see spirit is a true gift from above. I have so much gratitude.

I have studied through the years with differing teachers from the Arthur Findlay College visiting Janet’s church here in NJ as well as others. I have been practicing for years but my greatest guide was Janet. All of my life we were each others sounding boards. Before Janet went to Lilydale, Janet would spend weekends with me at my summer home in the Thousand Islands, We practiced on each other while dipping our feet in the mighty St. Lawrence River. I must laugh at the first time Janet practiced Reiki on me. We both agreed her strengths were elsewhere. Janet loved the St. Lawrence as she claimed it had healing and energizing powers. I am not certain if it is part of the Burned Over District but it should be. If you have ever been you would understand.
